We accept returned parts under the following conditions:

• You must call us or email us for return instructions and authorization. 
• A copy of the original invoice or invoice number must be provided for authorization
• If a returned part is the result of customer error, it may be subject to a restocking charge. Return shipping costs shall be at the expense of the customer (unless otherwise authorized by us).
• The part must be in it's original condition (as sent to you), unused and complete.
• Special ordered parts are not returnable without special permission and authorization.

Mopartransmission.com reserves the right to refuse this permission and authorization.

Contact us first before assuming it can be returned.

Electrical parts are non- returnable, non-refundable. They are all tested before shipping.

Core must be the same type of transmission sold and must be completely drained and have no cracks in case.

You must also return your torque converter.
